There are two methods of call recording, each being solution and budget specific.
The first runs purely through the telephone system, which is stored locally and is encrypted and fully admissible in court. Though this option is only available for an NEC telephone system setup, with the MyCalls call monitoring software – as the solution seamlessly integrates with the software platform.
A more flexible alternative is a network based solution where you can access recordings via our web portal. This is diverse and can be used with any telephone system, and is available with a small set-up cost and is charged at a low monthly subscription.
